I don’t see all sensor statuses after registration.

Sometimes it takes time for Zipatile to synchronize all information with the cloud during the initialization. Within 30 minutes at most you should have all statuses active.

I don’t get voice call when alarm has been triggered.

  1. Please check do you use Country code in your mobile number. The number should look like this: +1 764 456456

  2. Please check whether you have enough Zipato credits in your Zipato wallet. You can check this if you go to Zipato > Settings > Wallet
